PURPOSE:To easily obtain a desired circuit pattern by coating cuprous oxide provided on a board with transparent light transmission paste containing acidic material and having 280-640nm of wavelength, then emitting a desired part with a light having 280-640nm of wavelength, and then removing the paste. CONSTITUTION:A cuprous oxide 8 formed on a board 1 is coated with transparent light transmission paste containing acidic material and 280-640nm of wavelength. It is them irradiated with a light having 280-640nm of wavelength through a mask 10 having an opening corresponding to a pattern to be formed, and metal copper is precipitated on the emitter part.
