PURPOSE:To regulate phase difference between respective drive voltages with high resolution by varying the delay time of a delay unit thereby varying the relative phase difference of AC voltage. CONSTITUTION:Output from an oscillator 1 is provided to a frequency divider 2 and a frequency signal CLK1 is outputted therefrom. The frequency signal CLK1 is then delayed, by multiple times of one period interval of oscillation output CLK0, through a delay unit 3 thus producing a frequency signal CLK2. The frequency signals CLK1, CLK2 are fed to a pulse discriminator 4 which produces output signals a1-a4 and b1-b4. The pulse outputs a1-a4 and b1-b4 are fed to S-RFFs 7-10 which produces F-F output signals out1-out4. Phase difference between the F-F output signals out1 and out3 is differentiated from that between out2 and out4 through the delay unit 3. The phase difference is set through a phase difference setting means 6 while the driving frequency is set through a driving frequency setting means. |
