PURPOSE:To select an optimum air hole area in consideration of the state of food by a method wherein an air hole is formed on a lid while an air hole opening/closing mechanism for adjusting air passing area of the air hole is attached. CONSTITUTION:A lid 2 covers a container body 1 and is provided with an air vent part, while the air vent part is structured wherein a recess 4 is formed on the top of the lid 2, a dovetail protruding shaft 5 is provided at the center of the recess 4, three through holes 6 which are large, medium and small are made protrude concentrically on the protruding shaft 5, a flange 8 with a communicating hole 7 punched at the position corresponding to the through holes 6 is separately formed, and the flange 8 is fitted into the protruding shaft 5 so that it cannot remove from the shaft 5. Therefore, by turning the flange 8 and aligning one of the large, mediate and small through holes 6 with the communicating hole 7, an air hole communicating inside and outside a container is formed according to the size of the through hole 6. Thus no problem occurs even if the container with food stored is heated in a microwave oven to have the contents heated while especially by selecting the through hole 6, the degree of steam outlet can be adjusted according to the contents. |
