PURPOSE:To transfer a sign to be transferred of a partial writing body together with an original without any trouble on a transfer paper at the time of partial writing by comparing and calculating the size of the total of the partial writing body placed surface and the original with the size of the transfer paper and the transfer magnification is set so that the sign to be transferred of the partial writing body and the original are contained in the transferring paper. CONSTITUTION:The magnification controlling device 28 is provided with an original size detecting means 71, a transfer paper size detecting means 72, a magnification calculating means 73 which calculates the transfer magnification from the signals from each size detecting means 71 and 72 and the size information of the partial writing body placing surface 25 already stored are provided. The device is also constructed provided with a magnification switching means 74 which carries out the switching of the magnification of an optical system 13 based on the signal from a magnification calculating means 73. Then the size which is the total of the partial writing body placing surface 25 and the original X and the size of the transfer paper Y are compared and calculated, and the transfer magnification (n) is automaticly set so that the sign to be transferred of the partial writing body and the original can be contained within the transfer paper Y. Thus, the sign to be transferred of the partial writing body and the original can be transferred together to the transfer paper without any trouble. |
