PURPOSE:To prepare the subject cooking agent useful for maintaining and promoting health by adding vitamins, table salt, etc., to a calcium-like substance powder as a main component, further mixing the mixture with starch and vinegar, kneading and solidifying the mixture with water, extending the solidified mixture into a fine noodle-like material, drying the material with hot air and subsequently cutting the dried material into rice grain-like shapes. CONSTITUTION:Calcium-like substance powder as a main component is mixed with vitamins, table salt, an oligosaccharide and an iron component, and further with starch and vinegar. The mixture is kneaded and solidified with water, extended into a fine noodle-like material, dried with hot air and subsequently cut into rice grain-like shapes to provide the objective cooking agent. |
