PURPOSE:To heat a press molding material such as the acoustic material pasted onto the inner surface of the roof of an automabile uniformly up to the inside efficiently by intermittently feeding in and pushing the press molding material to a plurality of heating plates successively set at high temperatures in the progressive direction and heating the material and elevating its temperature by stages. CONSTITUTION:A structure K to be heated formed by foamed polyurethene, etc. is transferred intermittently to a heating section 13 at predetermined pitches while holding the pawl of the chain conveyor 7 of a frame 2. The heater plates 16a, 16b, are heated to successively higher temp. in the order of the first and second heating sections 13a, 13b, and mounted in the heating section 13. Consequently, the structure K to be heated after reaching each heating section 13a, 13b is pushed to the heater plates 13a, 13b by means of lower cylinders 19a, 19b and heated. Accordingly, the structure advances successively in response to intermittent time, and is heated stepwise by means of the heater plates 13a, 13b. As a result, the structure K is heated efficiently uniformly up to the inside. |
