The circuit for improving the writing circuit uses two buffer memories (3,8) and an inverter to compare the timing of input with reproduction data so that the error is detected precisely. The second buffer memory (8) provides the input data while the first buffer memory (3) provides the data (B) to a comparator (6) after an error rate detector (7) provides a normal writing signal (C) so that the writing speed from an input apparatus (2) to an optical disc (1) is improved. If the number of unequality between two data (A,B) of the comparator is greater than the reference value, the detector (7) regards this an error and provides low signal (C) to the second buffer which performs self-operation without supplying the output to the comparator (6) in this case. At this time, the first buffer memory (3) writes the data (B) on the disc (1) through a writing circuit (4) so that the fault data is prevented to write.
