<p>Disclosed is a microprocessor (300) composed of an arithmeric processing unit (20), a group of internal memories composed of address translation tables (104 and 105) and cache memories (103 and 106), a writing buffer (102), an internal memory control unit (101) for controlling operation of the group of internal memories (103 to 106), an external memory control unit (14) for controlling input and output of data between a group of external memories and the group of internal memories (103 to 106), a first internal bus (201 to 203) for connecting the arithmetic processing unit (20), the group of internal memories (103 to 106) and the internal memory control unit (101), and transferring logic addresses, logic data and data in the group of internal memories (103 to 106), and a second internal bus (204 to 206) for connecting the group of internal memories (103 to 106), the internal memory control unit (101) and the external memory control unit (14), and transferring data in the group of external memories, and the group of internal memories (103 to 106) is connected to the first internal bus (201 to 203) and the second internal bus (204 to 206) in parallel.</p> |
