An ultrasonic pulse transmitted to an organism from the ultrasonic probe l produces a receipt signal accompanied with Doppler deviation due to a blood flow and is received by the ultrasonic probe 1 and the echo sounder transducer circuit 2. A B-mode is detected by a B-mode processing dividing means 3b, and a detecting signal therefrom is outputted to a DSC 6. The detecting signal is detected by a phase detecting circuit 3a to produce a signal formed with a Doppler deviation signal and a clutter component.
