<p>PURPOSE:To easily and surely make a mold having uniform hardness by arranging a rectangular frame body to a blowing plate and providing divided pressing plates arranging a vent hole between a raising flask arranging the vent hole and a blowing head as possible to ascend/descend. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 17 and a casting flask 11 are set on a surface plate 9 laid on a squeeze cylinder 8. The raising flask 10 boring the vent hole 18 is brought into press-contact with this casting flask 11 through a cylinder 12. Successively, molding sand is blown into the casting flask 11 and raising flask 10 through the blowing plate 6 in the blowing head 1. The molding sand is uniformly supplied from blowing hole 5 through the rectangular frame body 7 arranged to the blowing plate 6. Successively, the divided pressing plates 13a, 13b between the blowing head 1 and the raising flask 10 is ascended/ descended with cylinders 16a, 16b to squeeze the molding sand. Then, air in the sands is vented from the above vent hole 18 and vent hole (not shown in the figure) penetrated in the pressing plates 13a, 13b. By this method, the mold of desired hardness uniformly pressed can be formed.</p> |
