<p>PURPOSE:To suitably execute the management of a passenger even when plural persons intend to continuously pass through a gate by comparing the reading frequency of a card with the number of the persons and generating an alarm when the frequency and number are not coincident. CONSTITUTION:A passenger A mounts an ID card 1 to a card reader 2, a pulse is outputted and read to an electronic controller 10 and an electric lock 6 is unlocked. Then, the passenger A can open the gate and pass through the gate. At such a time, a persons count sensor 3 is simultaneously operated and the number of the passengers at that time is counted. When a passenger B passes through the gate without using the ID card, the frequency of card operation is not coincident with the number of the passengers. Then, a warning device 7 is operated and such a state is notified to a center device 5. Thus, even when the plural passengers continuously pass through the gate, the passenger can be suitably managed.</p> |
