Disposable medical syringe made of plastic material, according to the invention, which it is impossible to re-use. Fins at L6 (of which there are two or more) fixed to the lower part of the shaft 3 of the plunger, and rising on each side of the latter, are spaced apart (in order to occupy the dead-end 9 of a sleeve 14 integral with the head 1 of the plunger) by the central tubular part 7 of an intermediate component 2 held tightly in the lumen of the syringe. At the start of the injection thrust, the intermediate component is left at its original height, allowing the fins at L6 to return to their spontaneous position parallel to the shaft 3; they will no longer be able to engage in the dead-end area 9. The shaft is thus separated from the head of the plunger, prohibiting any renewed suction. The syringe according to the invention makes it possible to prevent the re-use of disposable syringes, which is a cause of the spread of diseases transmitted in the blood. <IMAGE>
