Appts. comprises a base stand, fixed to a mould, having a magnetic member divided by a non-magnetic wall at its central part and a cylindrical permanent magnet, with N and S on a dia. direction, rotatably inserted to the base stand, by rotation of which bottom side ends of the magnetic member are magnetised or demagnetised; an arm, fixed to the base stand, having a rod movably placed at its front end along the centreline of a nozzle contact surface of the mould; a rotation blade pushed by the rod through a spring; and a rotation body movably fitted with the rotation blade and rotatably supported by the rod.
