PURPOSE:To make it possible to complete a battery concurrently with fitting and fixing of terminal plates to a sheath case by laminating plural element batteries to be mutually connected in series also integrally connecting electrode poles to respective one sides of terminal plates via a printed board, and mounting the other sides to the terminal plates as both electrode terminals of the batteries. CONSTITUTION:The battery stated in the title is the one in which a layer-built cell such as a small seal type lead storage battery, etc., is packed and firstly plural element batteries 10 are laminated as a battery having both electrode terminals 4 and 5, a printed board 9 is inserted into each of electrode poles 13 and 14 of these batteries 10, and the layer-built cell is made with respective batteries 10 mutually connected in series. The positive pole part and the negative pole part of the layer-built cell are provided on the printed board 9, mutually connected and fixed in one body together with poles 13 and 14 in such a condition where one side lead part ends of terminal plates 7 and 8 having Z-letter like shapes are placed on these both pole parts, and mounted on a terminal plate 6 with the other sides of the plates 7 and 8 serving as both electrode terminals 4 and 5 of the battery. This enables the battery to be completed with the plate 6 fitted and fixed and concurrently mounted on a sheath case. |
