摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric resonator having a low cost and using thickness longitudinal resonance by alternately laminating platelike piezoelectric ceramic and platelike conductive elastomers so that conductive elastomers become both ends in its thicknesswise direction, holding both ends by metal plates, and then applying a potential difference to the plates. CONSTITUTION:Platelike piezoelectric ceramic 11 and platelike conductive elastomers 12 are alternately laminated in thicknesswise direction so that the elastomers 12 become both ends, both ends are held by metal plates 13, and a potential difference is applied to the plates 13 to polarize the ceramics 11 in the thicknesswise direction. For example, five platelike piezoelectric ceramic 11 each having 0.5mm of thickness and six platelike conductive elastomers 12 of carbon composite each having 2mm of thickness are alternately laminated in the thicknesswise direction, both ends are held by brass plates 13, and entirely brought into close contact with each other. The whole laminate is dipped in the state in silicone oil heated to 100 deg.C, a potential difference of 10kV is applied between the two plates 13 for 30min to polarize the ceramic 11 in the thicknesswise direction.
