发明名称 WELD ZONE STRUCTURE AND WELDING METHOD FOR CLAD STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent hardening and welding hot cracking of weld metal at the time of performing multilayer welding of clad steel of cladding material of high alloy steel and base metal of carbon steel by forming a layer in contact with base metal side weld metal of steel having specified component composition. CONSTITUTION:The weld zone structure at the time of performing joint welding on the clad steel with the high alloy steel essentially composed of Fe-Cr-Ni-Mo or stainless steel as the cladding material 10 and with the carbon steel or low alloy steel as the base metal 30 by multilayer welding is composed in the following manner. Namely, an intermediate layer 20 consisting of one layer or plural layers is interposed between cladding material side weld metal 11 and the base metal side weld metal 31. One or more layers including the layer in contact with the above-mentioned weld metal 31 in the intermediate layer 20 are formed of the steel containing, by weight, <0.04% C, <1.0% Si, <2.0% Mn, <0.025% P, <0.01% S, <3.0% Ni, <1.0% Cr, <1.0% Mo, <0.1% Ti and <0.1% Nb. As a result, an increase of welding material cost and a shortage of joint strength are prevented and the clad steel weld zone structure having the above-mentioned characteristic is obtained.
