PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of blisters and cracks on a metal reflecting film, by adhering particles made of organic high molecular substance onto the organic film whose panel skirt part is coated, then forming a metal reflecting film, and then removing the organic film. CONSTITUTION:The effective surface part 2 of the inside surface of a panel 1 is coated with various fluorescent films, further on which an organic film is formed. The organic film is also formed on blended R parts 3, and on skirt parts 4 as well as on the effective surface parts 2. Next, particles made of organic high molecular substance, for example, an aqueous 3% solution of Opacifise E305 is sprayed out onto the blended R parts 3 and the skirt parts 4 of the panel 1 by means of a spray nozzle. Following that, aluminum is evaporated thereonto any by baking the organic film is thermally decomposed and removed. Consequently, every small pin holes are produced on the aluminum film and gas escaping passages are formed, thereby the generation of the blisters and cracks on the aluminum film can be prevented. |
