PURPOSE:To prevent a base part from being easily peeled from a reinforcing plate and to improve durability by molding the base part equipped with plural studs at first, next, melt- sticking and a thin reinforcing plate to the said molded object with effective heat conduction and prescribed pressure. CONSTITUTION:A forming mold is composed of a first female mold 2, male mold 1 and a second female mold 3. For the first female mold 2, plural recessed parts 6 in the shape of a stud 14 are provided on the lower surface of a base part 12 and the male mold 1 mainly forms the upper surface side of the base part. Then, for the second female mold 3, plural shallow recessed parts 8 are provided in the shape of a reinforcing plate 15 to mainly reinforce parts around the bases of the respective studs in the base part. A mold B is formed. The male mold and first female mold are heated to a molding temperature in advance and abutted. Then, supplied base sole materials 10 are pressurized and the base part, for which the plural studs are provided, is molded. Next, the first female mold is removed and the second female mold, which is heated in advance, is abutted. After that, much rigider sole materials 10' are supplied and the next molding object in the space of a sole 11 equipped with the reinforcing plate 15 is molded. Then, the sole equipped with the plural studs and base part, for which the reinforcing plate is fixed around the base of the stud, is manufactured. Thus, since the reinforcing plate and base part can be strongly joined, there is no danger that the base part and reinforcing plate are peeled off. Then, the durability is not degraded. |
