PURPOSE:To decrease weight of a big-end part of a connecting-rod, by inserting a plain bearing of the connecting-rod to the big-end part, assembling webs of a crankshaft to crank pins and connecting the big-end part to the crank pin. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 22 is integrally formed with an intermediate journal part 35 and its both side webs 36, and each journal part 37 in the both ends, each crank pin 38 and web 39 are formed as an integral unit, then an end part of each crank pin 38 is press fitted to a fitting hole 40, provided in the web 36 integrally formed to the intermediate journal part 35, thus the total unit of the crankshaft can be intagrally formed. Further in a stage before fitting each crank pin 38 to the fitting hole 40 of the web 36 integrally formed to the intermediate journal part 35 of the crankshaft 22, a big-end part 31 of a connecting- rod 25 is connected to each crank pin 38 through a press fitted plain bearing 33. |
