PURPOSE:To automatically engage and fit an O ring to a joint by enlarging its diameter further by the descent of a shaft and the operation of an O ring pushing up member after transferring the O ring loaded on the shaft for assembling O ring to the enlarging diameter part of the shaft upper part. CONSTITUTION:The plural O rings 6 loaded on the shaft 4 for assembling O rings lifted and driven by an air cylinder 2 are held by the O ring transfer member (horizontal lever) 15 liftable by an air cylinder 14 and the member to be assembled (joint) B is fitted to the recessed part 9 of the shaft apex of the upper part diameter enlarging part of the O ring assembling shaft 4 as well. Then, the lower part of the O ring 6 of the uppermost part transferred to the lower position (step part) 21 of the diameter enlarging part 7 of the shaft 4 for assembling by the ascent driving of the horizontal lever 15 is held by the O ring pushing up member (stopper) 19 driven by reciprocating on a table 11 and the assembling shaft 4 is descended in this state. Thus, the O ring 6 is passed through the upper most end of the upper diameter enlarging part 7 and fitted to a joint 8. |
