PURPOSE:To comfortably take a bath even in winter by setting hot water temperature or additional heating temperature to a value slightly lower than the set temperature of a remote controller, and automatically additionally heating the hot water to the set temperature when a bathing person is detected by a hot water surface level rise. CONSTITUTION:When a bathing person detection additional heating button 22c is closed, the remaining water in a bathtub is checked by a pressure sensor 18, hot water amount up to the hot water surface level set to a bathtub water level setter 22f is calculated by a microcomputer controller, and hot water heated by a hot water supply heat exchanger is poured in the bathtub at a temperature slightly lower than a desired boiling temperature set to a bathtub temperature setter 22e. Then, when the arrival of a desired hot water surface level is detected, an additional heating is executed, hot water temperature in the bathtub is detected by a hot water temperature detecting sensor 19. When the arrival of the hot water temperature at a hot water temperature lower by x deg. than the set temperature is detected, completion of preparation of bathing is informed by a buzzer, etc. Then, the hot water surface level is monitored by the sensor 18. When the lapse of xsec is detected while the hot water level rise in the bathtub remains, the presence of a bathing person is judged, and additional heating is conducted by a burner of an additional heating heat exchanger 3 in a small combustion capacity state. |
