PURPOSE:To prevent the quick start of a vehicle due to the mis-operation of a driver by keeping a transmission at the neutral state regardless of the shift operation of the driver when the transmission is at the neutral state and the rotating speed of an engine is high. CONSTITUTION:A position selector 101 and a cutoff switch 102 are provided respectively at the driver's seat of an industrial vehicle or the like, and they are connected to a control unit 105 via harnesses 103 and 104 respectively. Rotating speed sensors 109 and 110 are provided on an engine 113 and a transmission 111 respectively, and they are connected to the control unit 105 via harnesses 107 and 106 respectively. A hydraulic control valve 112 is provided on the transmission 111, and the electric signal of the control unit 105 is converted into the hydraulic signal to switch a clutch. When the transmission 111 is at the neutral state and the rotating speed of the engine 113 is high, the transmission 111 is kept at the neutral state. |
