PURPOSE:To prepare the same printing form as a prescribed format by simple operation by synthesizing image data with the printing item defined in a slip planning apparatus to use the same as the printing form along with the printing item. CONSTITUTION:When the sales slip of a prescribed format slip 12 is rewritten as a bill to be printed, the divertible part thereof is read as image data of a dot unit using a reading apparatus 8 to be registered in the image table 7 of a file 9 through a slip forming apparatus 3. An index character meaning a bill, a frame, the underline of a sign and a printing item for printing a commodity name, quantity and sum are added to the image data to be defined by the slip forming apparatus 3 to be respectively registered in an index table 4, a rule table 5 and an item table 6. The index table 4, the rule table 5 and the item table 6 are synthesized by the slip forming apparatus 3 to obtain a slip format and a slip publishing system 11 allows a printer 10 to print an objective slip. |
