PURPOSE:To improve shrinkage, etc., at the time of curing of resin, to present improper connection such as wire disconnection and to improve moisture resistance by providing a film containing fluorine-containing copolymer having curing reaction position as a main ingredient at least at a capacitor body or the part of the surfaces of a capacitor body and leads. CONSTITUTION:Active hydrogen-containing group such as hydroxyl group, carboxylic acid group, amino group, etc., epoxy group, carbon-carbon unsaturated group, ester group, diazo group, hydrolyzable silyl group, active halogen group, etc., exemplify the substance at a curing reaction position. Such a fluorine-containing copolymer has excellent adhesive properties with a capacitor body or leads. In order to obtain satisfactory moisture preventive effect, 10wt.% or more of fluorine content based on fluoroolefin is desirable. The used copolymer is desirably soluble with solvent in view of coating operability, and copolymer of fluoroolefin and ethylene unsaturated compound is desirable. When dissolved with solvent, it is desirable to add and mix curing agent. The Tg of cured film is desirable in a range of -30-80 deg.C. |
