METHOD FOR THE TRANSMISSION OF DIGITAL INFORMATION

As a tuning aid in mobile radio reception, the use of a digital information item within the broadcast signal is proposed which contains a sequence of individual lists, optimised to the respective transmitters of a transmitter chain, of alternative frequencies on which the same program signal can be received. In this arrangement, the operating frequencies of the individual transmitters of the transmitter chain are in each case provided at the beginning of the individual lists.
