PIG FOR CLEANING OF INSIDE WALL SURFACE OF PIPELINE AND PRODUCTION OF PIG FOR CLEANING

PURPOSE:To obtain the cleaning pig for cleaning which can clean the inside wall surface of a pipeline with a fewer number of pigs with high efficiency by disposing plural grinding bodies and polishing bodies which are respectively different in functions to the outside surface of the pig body. CONSTITUTION:A recess 1a and a shallow recess 1b are respectively formed to the front and rear outer peripheral surfaces of the pig body 1. Plural mounting holes 3 are bored to the inside of the recess 1a and the grinding bodies 2 are inserted therein. Pin bodies 2b inserted into pin housing parts 3b thereof are adhered by a synthetic resin material 4 and the greater part of the spike head parts 2a inserted into head housing parts 3a is coated with and adhered by the synthetic resin material for adhering and coating packed into the housing parts 3a. Further, the grinding bodies 2 are disposed in the shallow recess 1b in the state of plunging mounting legs 5c into the pig body 1 and base bodies 5a are adhered by the adhesive resin material 4; in addition, the outer peripheral edges of the base bodies 5a are coated with the synthetic resin material. The number of the pigs required for cleaning is drastically decreased in this way.
