摘要 PURPOSE:To perform accurate inspection and comparison of a body to be inspected by rotating a rotary table until the length of the body to be inspected along a specified line becomes the minimum length, and performing the ultrasonic wave flaw detection of the body to be inspected at this position. CONSTITUTION:A camera 22 is attached to an attaching arm 21 in parallel with an X-Y plane. An operating device 23 is provided with a microprocessor 23a and a memory 23b. The processing function of an image signal outputted from the camera 22 and the control function of a theta-axis rotating device based on the image processing function are provided in the device 23. When a body to be inspected is mounted on a table, the camera 22 picks up the image of the body to be inspected and outputs an image signal. The length between the edge parts of the body to be inspected along a certain line at that position can be found based on the image signal. Then, the table is rotated in the specified direction at a specified pitch with a rotating means. The length between the edge parts at that position is obtained based on the image signal from the camera. The length is compared with the length at the previous rotating position. The table is stopped at the position where the length between the edge parts becomes the minimum length, and then the minimum value is detected.
