PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of pinholes and the degradation of density and to improve adhesiveness and vacuum adhesive property by specifying the weight ratio of a gelatin binder content with a silver halide emulsion content and incorporating a monodisperse matting agent having a prescribed average particle size into the non-photosensitive uppermost layer. CONSTITUTION:The monodisperse matting agent having the average particle size in a 2 to 8 micron range is incorporated into the non-photosensitive uppermost layer and the gelatin binder having 1/2 to 1/4 weight ratio to the silver halide content is incorporated into the silver halide emulsion layer. A hydrazine deriv. or tetrazolium compd. is incorporated into the emulsion layer or other hydrophilic colloidal layers. The photosensitive material which obviates the generation of the pinholes in the development system capable of forming high- contrast images and has the improved adhesiveness, vacuum adhesive property, etc., is rapidly and stably obtd. in this way. |
