The invention relates to a spacer block (1) having a cuboid central piece (2) which bears a lamination (3) for example made of felt, on the one flat side and, on the other flat side, has a reactivatable adhesive without a substrate in the form of a raster pattern (5b) which can be covered with a covering paper or a covering film (4) as a further lamination. The central piece (2) consists of a composite material with foamed material (2a), incorporated material fibres (2b) and PVC parts (2c), its starting material being bonded by polyurethane as a bonding means. Not only as a result of its increased compression hardness and improved resistance to tearing and shearing, but also as a result of its reactivatable adhesive without a substrate, the spacer block (1) can be used several times, such that, above all, expensive raw materials can be saved and disposal problems can be reduced to a minimum. <IMAGE>
