PURPOSE:To increase the rigidity of a front pillar and the like and improve sealing quality by providing a pillar expansion part formed on the front pillar and the like with a sealing part to be clamped and pressed between a corner piece and the expansion part itself upon closing a door, and providing other sealing parts between the pillar proper and a door sash. CONSTITUTION:A front door 10 is provided with a door sash 60 and a corner piece 80 is fitted to the door sash 60. In addition, a space between the front door 10 and a front pillar 30 is sealed with a plurality of seal parts. In the aforesaid constitution, a pillar expansion part 30B at least corresponding to the fitting position of the corner piece 80 is so formed on the front pillar 30 as to be extended from the pillar proper 30A to the corner piece 80. Furthermore, the pillar expansion part 30B is provided with a seal part 34 clamped and pressed between the corner piece 80 and the expansion part 30B itself when the door 10 is opened and closed. Also, a plurality of seal parts 62a and 62b are arranged between the pillar proper 30A and the door sash 60. According to the aforesaid construction, it becomes possible to apply a triple seal as conventionally without any addition of a new part, even when the expansion part 30B is formed for increasing the rigidity of the front pillar 30. |
