PURPOSE:To increase the rigidity of an oscillation section of a diaphragm and to attain reproduction with less distortion, by forming a carbon layer on the other side of a part forming a print voice coil. CONSTITUTION:On one side of a diaphragm 13 made of high molecular film such as polyimide resin, a spiral print voice coil 14 made of a conductor such as aluminum is formed. The voice coil 14 is formed by laminating the conductor such as aluminum on one side of the diaphragm with coating or vapor-deposition and processing this with the photo etching. A carbon layer 15 is formed at a position corresponding to the voice coil 14 at the side where the voice coil 14 of the diaphragm 13 is not formed. Thus, the rigidity of the diaphragm is increased and the reproduction with less distortion is attained with high rigidity. |
