PURPOSE:To maintain an offset preventing function for a long period and to simplify the constitution of the offset preventive liquid coating device by boring holes for preventive liquid passage in a pipe parts in an offset preventive liquid coating roller and providing an offset preventive liquid supply pipe to which an offset preventive liquid supply part is connected to a pipe part outside the coating roller. CONSTITUTION:The holes 16a for preventive liquid passage are bored at specific pitch the lengthwise direction of the offset preventive liquid coating roller 10 in the pipe part in the coating roller 10 of the offset preventive liquid supply pipe 16 provided concentrically inside and outside the offset preventive liquid coating roller 10. Further, the offset preventive liquid supply part 22 is connected to the pipe part outside the coating roller 10 to supply preventive liquid. The preventive liquid in the supply pipe 16 is dripped on the internal peripheral surface of a core material 14 through the holes 16a to stick on the internal peripheral wall surface centrifugally as the coating roller 10 rotates to ooze to the surface of a roller layer 15 through extremely small holes 14a, so that the surface of a fixing roller 1 is coated. Consequently, the constitution is simplified and the offset preventing function is maintained for a long period. |
