PURPOSE:To make it possible to add the bonding property or adhering property to a thermally-printed image, by providing a bonding or an adhesive agent in a microcapsule into a thermally melting ink layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermally melting ink layer is formed on a base material. A main component of a binder of the thermally-melting ink is soluble or has a swelling characteristic in a solvent or plasticizer. Moreover, a bonding agent or an adhesive agent in a microcapsule, or a solvent or a plasticizer is contained in the ink layer. For the binder of the ink layer, kinds of wax, resin or resin emulsion, water-soluble high polymer, etc. is employed. For the bonding agent or adhesive agent in a microcapsule, a solution of the resin employed for the binder, rubber solution, resin emulsion, solution of water soluble high polymer or the like is used. For the solvent or plasticizer, kinds of aromatic group, ester, hydrocarbon, alcohol etc. can be used. In order to obtain the bonding agent or adhesive agent in a microcapsule, any one of the interface polymerization, in situ polymerization, hardening and coating in liquid, phase separation, drying in liquid, drying in gas and the like can be used. |
