PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in properties of additives in a photosensitive element or dye fixing element by incorporating a cyclodextrin compd. into said element. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive element contg. photosensitive silver halide, binder and dye donative compd. is subjected to imagewise exposing and developing or to developing simultaneously with exposing and thereafter, the diffusive dye obtd. from the above-mentioned dye donative compd. is transferred to the dye fixing element to form an image. The photosensitive element or dye fixing element prepd. by incorporating the cyclodextrin compd. (A) into at least >=1 layers is used. Cyclodextrins of alpha, beta and gamma, cyclodextrin derivatives, etc., are usable as the component A. Not only a reducing agent but also various additives are then included into the element and the deterioration in the properties of said element is prevented. |
