Coupling for fluid lines

For the simple operation and high degree of safety in the case of a coupling for pressurised fluids, it is proposed to arrange an inlet valve, a venting valve and an outlet valve in the housing of the coupling and to switch the inlet valve and the venting valve alternately into the open position by an actuating device, e.g. an eccentric shaft. By virtue of this alternate locking of the valves, at least one valve is always closed, even when operated by a non-specialist, with the result that no fluid can escape under pressure. Said coupling is thus suitable, in particular, for pressure refuelling in petrol stations, since an extremely high degree of safety and simple single-handed operation are achieved.
