PURPOSE:To make it possible to heat and cool a passenger's seat with the use of residual heat energy which has been wasted, together with discharged inside air from the passenger compartment, to the outside of the passenger compartment through an extractor by coupling a first heat transmitting member in the passenger's seat with a second heat transmitting member in the extractor through the intermediary of a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:Hot or cold air for air-conditioning the passenger compartment after being blown into the passenger compartment from an air-conditioning device, is discharged from an extractor in rear of the passenger compartment. This discharged air holds therein residual heat energy which is not yet consumed for air-condition in the passenger compartment and which heats or cools a second heat transmitting member 16 disposed in the extractor 3. Then, a fist heat transmitting member 16 in a passenger's seat 5 which is coupled to this second heat transmitting member 14 through the intermediary of a heat pipe 15 radiates or absorbs heat. As a result it is possible to heat and cool the passenger's seat with the use of the residual heat energy in the discharged air. |
