<p>PURPOSE: To improve the sepn. performance of an electrical precipitator by shunting a certain amt. of fuel, discretely pulverizing the fuels, passing the fuels to one of suction boxes, supplying the fuels to the exhaust gases from a sintering belt and separating the fuels together with dust by the electrical precipitator, then returning the fuels to a sintering stage. CONSTITUTION: A sintering plant comprises storage vessels 3 to 6 for iron ores, lime, powder coke and returns, transporting means 13 to 16, the cyclically driven sintering belt 1 arranged with the many suction boxes 2 in the lower part, a suction fan 8 which exists behind the electrical precipitator 9 and is used to discharge the exhaust gases from the belt 1, a sieving means 7 and a suction fan 12 which exists behind the electrical precipitator and is used for removing the dust in a room. In the sintering stage, 0.5 to 5% of the powder coke of the amt. necessary as the fuel is shunted as a state control agent and is discretely pulverized. The pulverized powder coke is supplied through one of the suction boxes 3 to the exhaust gases from the belt 1 and the powder coke of the amt. is separated with the dust and is returned to the sintering stage. Consequently, the sepn. performance of the electrical precipitator is improved.</p> |
