PURPOSE:To prevent a miswrite to a standby RAM by providing a resetting means to be operated in a condition in which a system power voltage is lowered further than a specified voltage value or in which a period watch dock clear signal specified with a watch dock means is not generated. CONSTITUTION:By a detecting means 19 of the system power voltage, a write inhibiting command is given to a standby RAM 141 in the condition in which the power voltage is lowered below a set voltage. Simultaneously, a write permission is given to the standby RAM 141 in the condition in which the system power source is returned and, simultaneously, the watch dock clear signal is generated by a watch dock means 17. Thus, the miswrite to the standby RAM 141 due to, for example, the reckless operation of a CPU 11 can be surely prevented. |
