<p>PURPOSE:To check the overall input/output state of a CNC machine tool at the side of a control room by adding a checking numerical controller CNC to the control room. CONSTITUTION:A control room 2 includes a checking CNC41 and a programmable machine controller PMC42. The CNC41 is connected to the CNC11, 21 and 31 set at the side of a plant 1 via the communication circuits 51, 52 and 53 respectively. The CNC11-31 send the input/output signals to the CNC41 of the room 2 every fixed time. Thus the CNC41 stores the received input/output signals in a memory and produces a ladder chart via the checking PMC42 to display it on the display screen of the CNC41. Thus it is possible to easily monitor the state of the input/output signal in the room 2 and the executing state of a sequence program and also to shorten the time requiring for confirmation of said states.</p> |
