PURPOSE: To provide a collapsible portable structural body by forming an 8-shaped part being two ring-shaped parts out of a flexible frame member, and joining side panels by a clothlike material. CONSTITUTION: A frame member 50 having an 8-shaped part being left/right ring-shaped parts 52, 53 and a crossing part 54 being a top part is formed in an unfolding state out of a flexible material freely deformable in an unfolding state from a folding-up state or vice versa. Next, left/right side panels 70, 72 are composed of a collapsible clothlike material to be arranged in and joined to the left/right ring-shaped parts 52, 53 of the frame member 50. Straight line parts 55, 56 are respectively formed in a position opposed to the crossing part of the respective side panels 70, 72, and a structural body 60 is stably placed on the flat ground surface in an unfolding state.
