PURPOSE:To restrict trouble only in an own station by installing the contact points for signals through a contact point for check into a signal branched line for a microcomputer in substation and controlling each contact point by a program and runaway operation detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an electric power source is turned ON, the output of an OR circuit 209 becomes L, and the coil 210 of a relay A is not excited, and the contact point 211 of a signal branched line 107 is closed, and the contact point 212 is opened, and a microcomputer 13 in substation operates according to program. When the off-trouble of a transistor 71 or the on-trouble of a transistor 72 is generated, the OR circuit 209 outputs H through a switch element trouble detecting circuit 401, and the contact point 211 is opened and the contact point 212 is closed. When the computer 13 in the substation runaway operates and an output terminal B does not output H, the OR circuit 209 outputs H through runaway operation detecting circuit 402, and the coil A210 is excited to open the contact point 211 and close the contact point 212. Therefore, other substations are prevented from being set into the transmission-disabled state, and the trouble is restricted only in the own station. |
