PURPOSE:To reduce deformation and improve the moisture-proofness by laminating synthetic films onto a liner paper on the reverse surface side of a corrugated cardboard basic member and heating press-molding said films and joining a skin member onto the linear paper on the obverse surface side of the corrugated cardboard basic member. CONSTITUTION:In molding, the edge part 18a of a synthetic film 18 is temporarily set onto a liner part 15 on the reverse surface side of a corrugated cardboard basic member 12. Then, the corrugated cardboard basic member 12 is inserted between the lower and upper molds 22 and 23 of a press molding machine 21, and heating press molding is carried out. Then, the upper mold 23 is raised, and a skin member 16 is arranged over the liner part 14 on the obverse surface side of the corrugated cardboard basic member 12, and heating press molding is carried out. After the skin member 16 is joined, the molded article is taken out from the heating press molding machine 21, and a molded ceiling 11 for vehicle is obtained. Therefore, the reduction of the elongation rate of the corrugated cardboard basic member 12 is prevented, and the deformation can be reduced, and the ceiling 11 for vehicle having the superior moisture-proofness can be obtained. |
