<p>A charging control apparatus for a vehicle comprises a charging control unit (2) which has a single voltage detecting terminal (T) for receiving a control voltage for controlling a quantity of electric generation by a battery charging generator (1). In any one of the cases where the voltage detecting terminal (T) is connected directly to a battery terminal and where the voltage detecting terminal (T) is connected to a battery state detecting unit (6), it is possible to determine a condition for optimum control of the quantity of electric generation by the generator (1) and to effect suitable control of the quantity of electric generation by the generator (1) by using the charging control apparatus of a simple structure.</p> |
