PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of the load to a hydraulic pump by changing an oil pressure case in turning phase thereof which defines an intake port and a discharge port and adjusting the movement of the relative positions of those ports in each stroke. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic rotor 1 has an oil pressure case 10 formed on the opposed end faces in the axial direction of the rotor 1. An intake port 11 and a discharge port 12 are defined by the side wall faces of said oil pressure case 10 symmetrically through the axis of the rotor 1, and communicated with the rotor chamber 7 of the turning hydraulic rotor 1. When the oil pressure case 7 is properly adjusted for the phase thereof by turning said case 7 in the normal turning direction, the capacity of the rotor chamber 7 is varied according to the relation among the positions of the rotor chamber 7, the intake port 11 and the discharge port 12 in the compression stroke. |
