<p>Computer peripheral for processing computer documents comprising a printer (1), a margin-trimmer device (4), a cell (2) for optical reading of symbols printed on one of the edge strips controlling, through an electronic interface, the directing of the printed sheets obtained by cutting the paper web transversely. This device further comprises a transfer table (12) arranged at the exit of the margin-trimmer device (4) and provided with means for conveying printed sheets of paper of various lengths, and associated with a second optical reading cell (2') arranged opposite one track of one of the edge strips bearing printed symbols intended to control, via an electronic interface, a transverse cutter member (6) arranged between the margin-trimmer device (4) and the transfer table (12) and enabling the continuous paper web leaving the printer (1) to be cut transversely in a modifiable way. <IMAGE></p> |
