PURPOSE: To enable one-way using and no use of sterilization on reuse by connecting a cylinder to an outline tube, jointing another cylinder with an end of a rigid belt, and constructing a working device to relatively move the cylinder by the rigid belt. CONSTITUTION: On a front cylinder 1, an outer spewing cylinder 3 is placed movably, and at first positioned at the rear place against the front cylinder 1. The spewing cylinder 3 is connected to an end of a rigid strip 5 arranged for the spewing cylinder 3 so as to extend to the primary guide hole 11 in a guide separating portion 8 of a tube 4. The strip 5 extends outward the tube 4 between two guide holes 11 to form a working loop 6. Another end of the strip 5 is connected to the rear place of the tube by the working loop 6, for example with melting. |
