<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity and quality by using a dyeable photosensitive resin contg. at least either of tertiary amine or quaternary ammonium salt, providing an (i) ray absorptive layer under the dyeable photosensitive resin and using an (i) ray stepper for exposing the dyeable photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION:The resin layer which absorbs (i) rays of 365nm wavelength of a mercury lamp is formed on a base material and a soln. of the dyeable photosensitive resin having the structure of at least either of the tertiary amine or quaternary ammonium salt is coated on this resin layer. This resin layer is partially exposed and patterned by using the reduction stepper using the (i) rays and the patterned dyeable photosensitive resin layer is dyed. Good dyeability is thereby exhibited. This resin layer is stabler than a photosensitive resin of a natural protein/dichromate system; in addition, the sensitivity with the (i) rays is higher and the productivity is improved. The good-quality pattern having no jagged edges and unequal chucking is formed.</p> |
