发明名称 CARBON FIBER REINFORCED CARBON COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title material strong in interlaminar peeling of a three- dimensional structure by allowing the surface of nonwoven fabric consisting of carbon fiber or blend of carbon fiber and organic fiber to be coated with base liquid consisting of synthetic resin liquid incorporating a filler and laminating these nonwoven fabrics and thereafter needle-punching it to form a prepreg body. CONSTITUTION:The surface of nonwoven fabric consisting of carbon faber or blend of carbon fiber and organic fiber, (e.g., polyester fiber) is applied by coating or spraying with base liquid which is consisted of one or more kinds of powdery, whiskery or short fibrous fillers (e.g., graphite powder) selected from among carbon, metal and ceramic and of synthetic resin liquid such as phenol, furan and epoxy resin capable of becoming vitreous carbon by calcination. Then after laminating these nonwoven fabrics, it is needle-punched at plural times with plural needles to obtain a prepreg body and thereafter it is pressurized, dried, carbonized. Thereby the title material of a three-dimensional structure which has a reinforced material consisting of carbon fiber, a carbonaceous matrix material built-in the interstitial part of the reinforced material and the filler dispersed in the matrix material is obtained.
