Interferometer having Josephson contacts made from monocrystalline oxidic superconductors

One or more chains of Josephson contacts are connected via a superconducting inductor, resulting in an interferometer ring. The functioning of a chain made from Josephson contacts is undertaken by a monocrystal of an oxidic superconductor, through which the ring current of the interferometer flows parallel to the crystallographic c-axis.
