PURPOSE:To enable a winding device to be highly efficient by a nozzle which guides wires, a wire-holding chuck holding wires, a winding axis which holds a bobbin rolling wires and which can rotate, and by constituting a slide mechanism allowing this winding axis to rotate in three-dimensional direction. CONSTITUTION:A wire 26 which was extended from a nozzle 32 is held by a wire-holding chuck 33, moves a terminal 34 where a bobbin 27 should be rolled over by winding axes X, Y, and Z 20 and by rotary action to a position where a wire 26 can be rolled over, the wire 26 is rolled at the terminal 34, and the wire 26 is cut between the terminal 34 and the wire-holding chuck 33. Furthermore, wiring, winding, wiring, end terminal are wound and then the wire 26 is held at the wire-holding chuck 33 again. Then, the wire material 26 is cut between the terminal 34 and the wire-holding chuck 33 and the wire axis 20 and the wire material 26 are separated. If allows several nozzles 32 to be installed, several types of wires 26 to be prepared, and the winding axis 20 to be moved for allowing for winding and wiring in sequence and winding of a number of wire rings without loading/unloading the bobbin 27. |
